How old should my child be before using Hair Power?
Your child should be at least 3 years of age or older, before joining the #HairPowerCrew!

Do you have products that could change my hair texture?
We do not have products that change the texture of your hair, therefore our products will not alter your hair texture.

Does Hair Power make your hair grow?
Healthy hair growth starts with moisturized, well-conditioned hair. Hair Power products contain a mixture of oils that help to keep hair hydrated and moisturized.

Which method do you recommend when using Hair Power, the LCO or LOC method?
At Hair Power we promote both LCO and LOC. We have clients that have great results using both!

Do you have products to make my edges grow?
We currently have Hair Power Hair Growth Oil available for purchase that helps promote hair growth. Our edges are very delicate. A tip that we have for you at this time, is for you to ensure that you’re not straining the hair by pulling it up into a bun or excessive braiding.

Do you test products on animals?
We do not test any of our products on animals, however we do test our products on family and friends!

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS.*
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Hair Power.
--Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.--
*Customs fees may apply to international orders depending on your country’s postal service. Hair Power has no control over these additional fees. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

I placed an order, when will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After processing, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or product launches, this time may vary. We thank you for your patience!

Does Hair Power offer returns?
No. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will gladly send replacements for damaged/missing products, if contacted at info@hairpwr.com within 7 days of receipt.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
No, once you place an order it is final.
